Infrastructure Engineer

Supported the design, deployment, and administration of internal cloud infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, databases, storage, networking, access controls, and other cloud resources. Assisted with resource provisioning, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and optimization across Azure environments.

Provided technical consulting and implementation support for enterprise clients, deploying and configuring servers, corporate networking equipment, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, and other IT systems. Worked with technologies from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Aruba, providing ongoing administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security support after deployment.

Supported internal NOC/SOC operations using Cybereagle and Microsoft Defender XDR to monitor infrastructure, investigate alerts, identify potential security issues, and coordinate remediation. Assisted with Microsoft-based identity, access, and data governance, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365, security policies, permissions, and identity lifecycle management.

L2 Application & Infrastructure Support Technician

Supported business applications and IT infrastructure for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, where service interruptions required prompt triage and clear communication. Provided L2 support across operating systems, applications, hardware and networks, prioritizing incidents by impact and SLA.

Investigated production application failures using application and system logs, Event Viewer, database queries and API/network diagnostics. Separated application, connectivity and infrastructure symptoms, documented findings and escalated issues needing deeper changes to the appropriate team.

Supported endpoints, networks and on-premises servers across 10+ client environments with distinct configurations and infrastructure. Administered users, groups and permissions in Active Directory, and worked with client contacts to verify service restoration after incidents.
